"As you may recall, we recently experienced repeated breakdowns with our gas furnace.For a couple of weeks you and all of the staff provided us with exceptional assistance in an effort to, first support a very old piece of equipment in an awkward crawl space, then guide us through the energy auditing process very quickly, thus enabling us to the timely purchase and installation of a new furnace. The telephone staff were unfaithfully patient and helpful. The Service Technicians and Installers were, without exception, efficient, tidy, polite and always on time. The installation follow-up was very good as well. All around a "Gold Medal Performance" we will not hesitate to share with our friends."
